- Pre-order / wholesale orders: 5–15 business days (varies by quantity and customization)
- Custom-made jewelry (OEM/ODM) may take longer, and the exact timeline will be confirmed with you during your inquiry.
Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options based on your location and order type.
